Of course; doing it in private would just be silly. Why advertise to yourself? It's not like God is listening, it's a hail satan prayer.

Doesn't God hear everything though? Does he just re-direct or forward these prayers to Satan? Does he ever get pissy and just delete prayers to Satan from his inbox? I need to know how this works.

I assume God must have a spam filter to block all prayers which are not addressed to him explicitly. He's surely got enough voices in his head already, without Allah's and Satan's voicemail getting mixed in.
