For those living in the US: dress up in a Guy Falkes mask and burn the Koran in front of a mosque in the presence of at least three local muslims. Holding up a sign with Tinychan's URL printed on it. Photo documentation to be posted in twitter on Halloween.

Sure fire way to increase the board's traffic.

Burning a bible in front of a mosque in the UK... in a Sharia controlled zone will be praised.

Result: Net positive for TC, will bring in more Muslim users.

Burning a copy of the Qu'ran in front of a mosque in the UK might get you beheaded by an overzealous Muslim with a machete.

Result: Net positive for TC, will bring media attention to TC after the beheading.

Burning a copy of Dianetics in front of a mosque in the UK will be ignored completely.

Result: Negligible.

I'm under the impression that burning the Koran in the UK is illegal, and therefore would not condone (or promote) that particular act in that particular country. In the US - as I understand it - the burning of religious texts is protected under the First Amendment.

It is a possibility, however remote.

Would it be enough to convert Tom Cruise to Tinychanianism?

It might be too confusing in the end if he became a user though, because then TC could mean Tom Cruise or Tinychan or Total Cholesterol or Traffic Control or Telecommunications or Tesla Coil, etc etc.

I had no idea it was illegal to burn the Qu'ran in the UK. No wonder they hate muh freedoms.

Not one hundred percent sure, but some news sources maintain that under certain conditions, it is a prosecutable offense in Britain. For example, you can burn the Koran (or any religious text) in your fireplace in private, but if you film yourself doing it and upload the clip to youtube with unambiguously anti-Muslim comments attached, then you can be arrested.
