Would you describe a person with only one X chromosome as being "without gender"?
Hypothetically, if it were possible for a person to be born with neither X nor Y chromosomes, would it be "human" in the commonly accepted sense?

People with chromosome deficiency still have biological sex.

They would have a gender, if they felt like they did. Biology Irrelevant. And yes, they would be human.
