There may be some truth that cannabis can potentially exacerbate issues in schizophrenics but it's somewhat controversial and there are studies that suggest it can help with symptoms as well. There is some supporting research out there about people who may be genetically predisposed to such personality disorders may experience adverse effects from cannabis use but it's not always the case.
