They all have ak47s and will use them. The NYPD ARE in gangs called precients. They will kill you if you don't give them all your crack for free to sell for high prices.
I was walking 5th avenue at 2am near Macy's and 5 cop cars pull up to me and had their subWoofers at full blast. They approached me with their machine guns and threathed to open fire if I didn't give up my box of 2 dozen donuts.
Then I handed them over and they drove off to their station. There must have been 67580 people on that sidewalk and no one did anything.

To me it seems as if the cops were trying to save you from yourself... you do appear to have a doughnut problem.
