This man(?) needs a reverse dickerectomy stat. Only a back-alley Thai surgeon of the highest caliber might be able to pull a dick back out of xir nethers successfully.
To be frank I'm not even sure the polarity of boners can be reversed twice over... reversing the polarity a second time is practically unheard of. Still there are rumors of such operations.
I suggest domestos as a cost saving alternative, it will allow the patient to cope with the loss of xir peni.

There's a bunch of controversy over ECT and there's a reason its sort of a last ditch effort. Did you have any follow up with the patient? Say a couple months down the line?
I think if I were considering this for myself or a loved one I would look into transcranial magnetic stimulation first and if the case warranted it deep brain stimulation instead of ECT.
My attempts at making a suicide pact on TC never pans out.

Very few genuinely autistic people want to become women. There are co-morbidites going on with those who have some kind of persecution complex regarding the masculinity they perceive as being under attack.
It certainly is the case that transpeople are as defective- with the vast majority of transsexuals baring the masculine inadequacy - as you're trying to play them down.
