I wrote two midterms this week! It is important, dammit.
I got really high and forgot to sleep last night. Whoops.

Cider's pretty rare here, which is quite sad. :(

Alternative: coffee but brewed with red bull instead of water.

is this a reflection of your views of alcohol, or just another suggestion like mine?

Since they took out the caffeine it's not the same anymore, apart from being just as gross as before.
@426,418 (morbid )
This or wine... or wine and weed.

So like R I missing something here? She wants alcohol to be fast and effective. Yet she is not real clear about anything other then forgetting to go to sleep.
So assuming you are wired? Adrenaline pumping and near exhaustion? Wine when consumed S L O W will relax you but so will Liquor only you end up diluting it to about the same packing power as wine.
IF you use either to sleep? As in use to bring self down from wired to less then... Go easy cause it will sure get you to sleep faster but ur going to wake up sooner

I don't understand the english definition of "liquor", since here the word is used for sweet, usually fruit-based spirits.

That's liqueur. Liquor is just hard alcohol.
@426,440 (Syntax )
Oh nothing, I just want to get drunk tonight. Forgetting to sleep is unrelated.

Wine every time - consider the Greeks and Romans - those guys knew how to get drunk.

Wot? By now you with scientific bent no nuff to no Wine at max is 18% alcohol and that is fortified wine like Sherry or Ports. Typical wine with food is 11-22%
Liquor say Whiskeys like Scotch or Bourbon is 80 proof typical which is 40% - So compare one ounce of wine 12% vs one ounce of Scotch or Bourbon or Vodka 40%
Math do the Math as shots win out. Not good on empty stomach for many people. People in spy business learn that bread and butter or just chunk of butter to coat stomach slows down the absorption but on empty stomach its just a few minutes for booze to fully hit blood stream on empty stomach,

Oh yes in a number of places on Planet Earth Liquors refer to Drambuie or Kahlua and similar sweet high percent bottles of such. In USA n Canada Liquor can mean sweet or dry. Whiskey=Liquor

It's not about the math. I'm fine drinking either wine or liquor, which is why I asked TC to make my choice, silly.

Do wine - it is both cheaper and far more civilized.
