LOL hummmmm as I am about to finish my long nites work looking at Globalstar NORAD ID:39076 which is currently moving at 17,500 MPH same speed as Space Shuttle. Been looking at its telemetry in Hex until my eyes are burned out - Its about to cross to the next Earth contact point in South Korea and then I decide to hand it off to others or or not sure what the or is cause I do need sleep!
There can only be one most satisfying moment. I was on assingment to the webmasters/owners of a large set of forums called dotcomjunkies.com (now defunct) and Fatfuck had been banned from all of the forums and then the owners banned him so he flooded them from Wi Fi spots at his school and other places he could get net connect. He was just learning how to change his IP at the tyme and he did a lot of flooding from home. Filled BBS top to bottom with poop spam. My assingment was to create a black list of IP's and work out the possible ranges he could grab so they could block him.
I worked with his ISP Cox cable. Worked with his School IT dept and then the one hub that his town used for most Wi-Fi routing. Most but never all of course.
Job was about done when out of curiosity I did a search on his IP. Which led me to just one set of forums called Ihatemen.com. Discovered he had been banned from 3 out of the 4 and it was a totally no mod no admin forum. For protection the owners added an open to view IP of the poster for all to see. I don't think Matt ever had a clue wot those numbers represented.
95% of his posts under regular monikers he has used for years - They were Pedophilia stories - Rape of 9 year old girls and brutal torture of children. Of course its argued that such is actually legal under free speech laws.
I observed the names of the kids he used in his stories and then opened up Academy of the Sacred Heart school's web site. Lots of kids on the site doing activities and lists of awards and classed they attended. In an instant I spotted several names of students that matched exact names Matt was using in his rape torture stories. Many names were transposed which was more often then not.
Lots of the exact same last names! Given he was teaching Middle school students and his stories were about raping them, it was a no brainier to decide to report him to the law. By the way that is not as easy as common sense says its going to be,

I said BS and went in the front door with a pile of evidence and it less then 10 minutes my phone rang with agent in charge of office on phone and then more call backs and then a conference call and they all agreed he was a danger in the classroom as a teacher and and
Action was fast and swift. Now I do NOT know for a fact exactly what the school told him when he was canned. He posted that the school told him French was no longer going to be taught. The day after he left the school placed several ads in papers and hired someone who started two weeks later.
On almost a weekly basis I work with FBI on minor things related to the huge number of Globalstar phones they use. Here in SD county just as say Malibu in LA area - the moment you are in any kind of canyon or mountain area cell phone coverage goes KAPUT. Globalstars as long as there is a patch of the sky that is in view - CONTACT. Back country of this county is Meth country and serious drug stuff as in H or Coke which is DEA FBI job security. Local FBI field office is running distance from where I live. Small airport office. And NO I have never asked them to look up the Miller file.
