Yes, the length of the labia minora is directly proportional to the amount of penetrative incidents. Inspect the area closely, pull the lips taut, measure from one end to the other, you are looking at the actual "wingspan" of the vaginal lips here. So take your measurement and divide by 2, then divide that by 1.5mm, the sum will be equivalent to each incident of vaginal penetration. Depending on the subject you may need a tape measure but in most cases a ruler will suffice.
