Funny you should say that. I live on the Costa del sol during 2009 and did loads of coke. It was 50 euros per gram and blew away anything I got in London.
It comes up from Africa, I assume smuggling from S America to Africa is fairly easy and getting accross from N Africa to Spain is easy.
