Joseph Rudolph Wood III's Execution didn't go smoothly. It took two hours for him to die by lethal injection.
In 1989, Wood killed a father and daughter in Cold Blood, the daughter was begging for her life as Wood killed her.
And where did the liberal media take this story? They interviewed the son and brother of Wood's victims and reported that "He had no empathy for Wood".
Empathy? seriously? His father and sister were murdered! He waited 26 years for justice. Then because the execution took two hours the Victims Family is suppose to Feel Bad about it?
The U.S., Constitution Forbids Cruel and Unusual punishment and That was Violated! But Not in the Execution of Wood. The Cruel and unusual punishment was to the family of Wood's Victims who waited 26 years for justice. Some of them died before ever seeing justice. And that's not counting the cruelty to our society as a whole in maintaining Wood alive while also paying for the expense of the appeals process.
It's time to switch to a better and more certain form of execution. The problem with lethal injection is that No U.S. company makes to Poison because they aren't protected from Law Suits. The Stuff has to be acquired from European manufacturers who only supply it in small amount's in countries where they don't have capitol punishment.
The Solution? A .30cal bullet , about 2,800 FPS, into the frontal lobe of the brain.
