So the warehouse I manage is over staffed by one. The MD wanted to get rid of two but with busy season almost upon us I talked him out of it. The main reason we're over staffed is because I'm more hands on so can get certain jobs done faster that require technical expertise. Anyway, the fulltime employees are protected but we have 3 casual staff one of which I can axe and I'm going to allow tc to pick which one just for shits and giggles.
Tomorrow ill give a description of each one and their pros and cons then you get to vote. Then on friday ill sack the one with the highest score.
