I just installed some voice recognition software is called Nuance Dragon. It's pretty cool you can talk quite freely and say pretty much whatever you want to. Sure is fast and diving that's not what I said I said it sure is faster than typing. Punctuation is extremely slow though, you have to say the word comma. Which I typed because you can't say,

The voice commands are pretty terrible I just installed it five minutes ago. Dictation is good though

It's fun to play around with. I'm only just getting the hang of it. If nothing else to make giving myself reminder notes pretty easy

I can say tab 14 times press enter and Firefox opens the top thread. It's actually easier to just click on it

I see it being extremely useful in that regard. Retards love it, I sure do. It's supposed to be able to convert audio files into text, so hopefully that means the minutes of a meeting or a lecture. Background noise will probably kill it but as far as gimmicks go it's great
