Is it always hot in egypt? Dogs are very adaptable if they are born in a different climate, but if the husky was born in a cool place and then shipped to africa, he is going to suffer a lot and die early.

You're cool, you're actually concerned for the dog. He'll probably be alright if they'll actually care for him and have AC. I know people that live out in the Cali desert and have an Alaskan malamute and he's a pretty happy dog. They do keep him indoors though.

If he was born somewhere cold he will not get used to the heat, but otherwise he should be fine then. There are plenty of huskies, malamutes, akitas, etc living in hot places and they do fine. They usually sleep through the hottest parts of the day so just some shade and water is enough. The problem is when people get a dog from a breeder from somewhere chilly and snowy, and bring him to a much hotter place. I've saw some dogs living their entires lives sick because of this.
