These people shouldn't be allowed to masquerade as its imagined gender unless they earned it, and I can tell you, the NHS has usually shelled out far more on its hormone treatments and surgery than they could conceivably ever contribute in National Insurance contributions. And in any case, I don't even mean in a financial sense. Where is their patriotism, their duty to nation and country, their sense of pride in their progeny and ancestral legacy? I can see rewarding ex-servicemen their new life as whatever because they had worked so hard in suppressing their urges and transcending above their base instinct to transform into the overman. That takes discipline, courage, and shows a sense of commitment and gratitude to the whole beyond a selfish mammonism, far beyond that usually expressed by more liberal transsexuals, which comprise the majority. We shouldn't, however, kowtow to the expectation of all the few delusional nutjobs at this affliction's suffering as though we're obliged to tie ourselves slavishly to the leftist hallucination of human rights.
