I already made a sim based on fake_anon named Mark Stark.

I also attempted making a trap named Terry Rose and then gave him siblings, Tommy and Tracey Rose.

nose tip tilt upwards a bit
cheekbone should be narrower (or the whole face should be longer idunno)
and eyebrow, try rotate inwards, and is there a thinner (in density) choice?

Well, shit, I do not think there is an option for the nose tip. I've been fooling around with the nose the most and it's fucking stupid because this was on Sims 3. The eyebrows is also something else I'm tweaking with, but clearly I am missing something because people online are able to create very good replicas of celebrities and real people.

Okay, so I made the face width smaller and apparently you can make the face length longer.
But as mentioned above no way of adjusting the tip of the nose and the eyebrows are just as limited as Sims 3 was.
For cheeks I pushed them in as much as possible.

Oh, no doubt the Sims 4's create-a-sim by default is better than Sims 3's default create-a-sim.
I'm looking forward to seeing what people can do once the game arrives and custom content plus mods start a flowing.

I think I got closer to her resemblance than I ever did with Negi.
For some reason it felt easy to replicate a female than a male which is odd because on Sims 3 it felt like the opposite.
