This adjusts aging to more realistic standards meaning that 365 days in-game is equal to one year and a Sim's age meter now shows the number of days left before a certain age. Definitely gives me more time to play as elders which I am currently doing with a Doc Brown Sim I found from the same site.
Now if only there were a mod that allows elders to pursue adult career paths because I was always pissed that elder careers got only three levels.
