Bobby2sox is an obese man in his 30's who tries to be a dandy wee british schoolboy but doesn't fool anyone. He's been pretending to be 15yrs old for about 6 years now, following the doctor around message boards becoming flustered and perturbed by anything and everything the doc posts.
