So b4 I vote on this a few questions.
Did they chop off the balls of that guy singing as they did back in Eunuch days?
Britannia rules the Waves? Looked up origin of tune. Was ritten b4 Britannia did...Wots up with that?
Those waves now lap at shores of Rock of Gibraltar, Falklands, Ireland and perhaps soon... September 18, 2014 Scotland?
God save the Queen? Does this refer to the Queen who is equivalent of, in charge of Disneyland UK
Or won of those Brit Gentleman who dresses up as a make believe Lady of the day?

That was a woman singing, she was dressed as Lord Nelson
> Britannia rules the Waves? Looked up origin of tune. Was ritten b4 Britannia did...Wots up with that?
> 1 August 1740, to commemorate the accession of George II and the third birthday of the Princess Augusta
It was writen when Britain was a superpower
> Those waves now lap at shores of Rock of Gibraltar, Falklands, Ireland and perhaps soon... September 18, 2014 Scotland?
Huh? The song refered to Britain having a strong Navy. Remove the United States and the UK still has a leading Navy.
> God save the Queen? Does this refer to the Queen who is equivalent of, in charge of Disneyland UK
Autism meds, take them now
> Or won of those Brit Gentleman who dresses up as a make believe Lady of the day?
You mean drag queens? Old theatre it was common for men to play lady parts as men could project their voices better, it also held a comic value.

So does Monty Python qualify as "old theatre" now? Or just ripping on old theatre?

Probably a bit of both - it goes back far enough to be old theatre near enough but they have just done a new show (their very last)
sorry responding wrongly, thought you were speaking to me

The Falklands and Gibraltar are free. The people who have lived there for 100s of years have voted as to whom they wish to rule them
