Well so does the world.
Once upon tyme people accused me of living in a basement or something of such order and never getting out.
So much proof around that I do get out and in most of So Cal we just do not have basements but I do have a Garage with back space below Highway level which might qualify as a small basement - Not safe for storage given I on two occasions have sump pumps unable to handle floods during unique rains here. Now installed pumps as back up with back up power generator wayyy up at above ground level so it no get flooded like the last back up generator did. We in So Cal not wise about how to deal with basement like stuff
