Kook probably has the most experience sticking things up peoples bums and works as a nurse or technician or whatever, so that seems like the safest choice.

I think having a cat do it would be too weird, so FuckAlms is out.

FME typically works with the opposite end of the body so it seems a bit too far removed from her area of expertise.

And the Doctor's credentials are dubious at best.
