I just spotted a transgender reference when playing GTA V and located a UPS looking truck.
Apparently, the game's version of UPS is called Post-Op.

Interesting.
Now I wonder what's the logic of trying to define male/female as a social thing when the source of the problem is some kind of brain-related mismatch to the rest of the body and a popular treatment is to attempt to remodel the body. The mismatch has to be based in the physical brain/body somehow, regardless of what someone else thinks you are when seeing you.

Its a good thing Cars have no gender. Otherwise one wood have to go to Autobody shop for a re-do of a perfectly un-dinged body and then get the exhaust system revamped so it wood take input in2 exhaust pipe rather then just the regular dumping of toxic waste.
