Illegal immigrants can't tax evade since they are not eligible to pay tax. But I haven't evaded anything, I was just late on my self assessment going back several years and out of the country for one year and it just built up. I was told I could face court action and imprisonment for some lies I told but was handed a final bill, I appealed that thinking it was a last ditch effort to get off scott free and I just found out moments ago that it was successful. I owe NOTHING

What one "owes" is subjective. If the inland revenue tells me I owe them money then change their mind apon appeal then I "owe" nothing.
