fuck gluten free, ive never met a single person with a gluten allergy and anyone i know that eats gluten free eat it under the guise that its "more healthy" but cannot bring up any evidence
and what the fuck happened with "protein" anything and all this shit being advertised as being "high in protein"? I noticed it just sort of exploded a few years ago, this whole "go protein" culture, thats bullshit as well, people are overdoing it. If you need to buy protein powder to supplement all the protein that for some reason you cant get by eating better or just not being an idiot, there is something genetically wrong with you.
