Black people HATE White people. Many will go well out of their way to hurt us, and most will go along with this if they're around. ALL of them will engage in multiple behaviors in order to annoy or inconvenience us.
Avoid groups of Blacks whenever possible, and do NOT travel in Black neighborhoods. If you are in a location with few or no Blacks in it, and multiple Blacks start appearing at that location, leave immediately.
Avoid "Free Nights" or any free or reduced-priced event at a venue that normally charges for entry; the prospect of getting something for free will inevitably attract large numbers of Blacks. Similarly, avoid all types of Black "cultural events" or celebrations of Black "heritage."
Do not settle in districts or municipalities with Black mayors, city managers, police chiefs, or council members. Needless to say, do not vote for Black politicians.
Do not help any Black that appears to be in distress; odds are, it's a trap, and if it isn't a trap, the Black will be ungrateful, resentful of your help, and will likely attack if it gets an opportunity.
If accosted by a strange Black in the street, smile and say something polite but keep moving, and be prepared to defend yourself or flee.
Blacks are much, much stupider, on average, than Whites. This is reflected in countless everyday situations.
The stupidity of Blacks, and their hatred of Whites, is magnified by the effect of affirmative action and government hiring programs. In encounters with Blacks at government offices, you will be dealt with rudely and incompetently if you cannot find a White to serve you. Needless to say, if at all possible, avoid Black "professionals" such as doctors, attorneys, etc., as they will not only be less competent than Whites, they will also be hostile to you.

The innate hostility of Black culture in the United States does indeed hide a significant coar of anti-White racism, alsoa knoan as "racism".
