This is an interesting topic and I'm willing to speak out of character in order to address it. Mostly, anyway.
Almost all of this water is dissociated into H+ and OH- radicals which are then chemically bonded to other compounds, generally forming hydrated minerals.
It is wholly fallacious to assert that there's "water" there. It's not water. It's a bunch of hydroxide ions and hydrogen ions (in reality, more like H3O+) that are being bonded to various silica, aluminum and iron-based compounds in Earth's mantle.

So, is there fish in it? Because if there are fish in it, then it's an ocean regardless of whatever you said.

There are noa fish in solid rock. Except foar fossils. They do not count as fish. A fossil is not a living thing. Except for a "living fossil". Oah darn it, drat it all, now I am getting tangled up in terminoloagy hell.

An advanced Star Trek Transporter that is designed to micro miniature you at end of Teleportation wood get you there as you could Surf inside the Atoms of the hydrated minerals.
You wood have to Teleport your own starfish or other fish and have them join the journey with ya. (assumes advancements will enable people n fish to end up as quantum sized in size)

You finally said something that's honestly funny and astute.
If only you could keep that up, instead of your other stale one-liners.
Why do you need to be coached on how to interact productively on these message boards? Put some fucking effort into it, guy. I feel often that I'm just wasting my time with you.
Let this be the last time I have to school you on what you're doing here.

Honestly funny and astute, eh? That's saying something about the standard of funniness for The Doctor.

Oh gee, another stale one-liner.
Try to be a better person. Build on success, not wallow in failure.
