Apparently it's described as a first person survival horror game with some building elements like Minecraft (yuck). Most reviews are positive but I want to know how much of this building shit is in the game. It sounds interesting to say the least (lone survivor of a plane crash on an island with cannibal mutants) that almost seemingly has a Dwarf Fortress sound to it because most people tend to die eventually.

Well that sucked. Game is a disappointment but I hate crafting shit so that isn't a real surprise. Hopefully I get my money back. Make sure that it works on your system.
