@OPI have lived/worked in every North Africa country but not in total cause I have only flown over the Maldives - Never actually been2. I checked and for sure they have Internet n Wifi spots. Now you can well everyone who does not live in China can look at Maldive beaches to see wots2C - Found this pic but do look at how miss-placed it b re Google

@previous (A)95% of the Satellites I work on do NOT have cameras - er well a few do but not for looking down - for looking at the solar panels from the top side so yea a hint of Earth but not of much value. Now I used to work full tyme on Satellites that did look deeeep into wots on Earth - Really terrific pics - can C through Clouds and even Tents.
Radar Imaging so one can see humans vs say a dog on hind feet but not really good to C wot gender the Human is or the dog for that matter.
Anyway I R heading back out for more Surfing on my beach and also remember that no matter where you go cept the North Pole - You can always use Globalstar to keep in touch -
