Of course it's a parody, but the point behind it is to stress the tired, old, childish mantra of “guns don't kill, people do.”
It begs the question, does the right HONESTLY not understand that when the left "blames guns" they are blaming the ACCESSIBILITY OF GUNS to the public and NOT GUNS THEMSELVES as if they are animated objects that magically go out shoot people on their own?
