basically, unless someone you cared about was brutally murdered before your eyes, or you were repeatedly raped and beaten as a child, you are not a ciivilian with PTSD.

I read online of some fat girl who convinced herself to start having an emotional break down at the dinner table cos her cousin had lost weight and people were praising her, and that dieting and discussing losing weight was a trigger for her and her family just doesnt understand lol
