My name is Harvey Goldstein of Goldstein, Weiman and Sachs Law firm and I am here to serve a CEASE and DESIST notice to one MARK HEFFORD of Salford, Manchester UK on behalf on my client CBS Television Distribution and HARPO, INC for repeated posting of images of Phil McGraw, star of THE DR. PHIL SHOW, which is owned and distrubted by CBS TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION.

It has come to our attention that MARK HEFFORD, posting as THE DOCTOR on http://www.tinychan.org has been repeatedly posting images of McGraw for over six years, coupled with degrading and insulting remarks towards minorities and the mentally handicapped. PHIL MCGRAW, THE DR. PHIL SHOW, CBS TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION and HARPO, INC do not condone nor tolerate such defamation of character and libel by one MR. HEFFORD.

PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST THIS OR FACE SEVERE LEGAL ACTION.
