@previous (FuckAlms !vX8K53rFBI)I think in the brief flash game parody it was supposed to been subject to some experimenting or something by a nefarious poke trainer/scientist. He must've been really lazy, angry, or just really bad at that whole science thing to leave a syringe embedded in it's head. That or the pokemon is just a drug fiend.
The whole thing is kind of vague and ridiculous, even for PETA. I have no problem with veginazism but this was a waste of their supporters funds and time.
