Topic: If an inmate kills another inmate...

Can they be sentenced to life in the hole (solitary)?

+Anonymous B12.3 years ago, 2 minutes later[T] [B] #401,889

don't know where you are, but here in the US, you get more time added on, but your still in general population. If you are on death row, you are in solitary confinement until your day of execution. You get one hour of yard time per day in a cage/4 wall area outside.

Your in prison for murdering someone, locked away in solitary confinement, and that's cruel?? Lol

if it was me, I'd plead guilty and request instant execution.

Good luck with that. Michael Jackson's doc put Jackson to a restful perfect sleep n a little over doing it did him in without a bit of pain.

Currently them in2 executions with drugs ain't as smart as Jacksons Doc.

the american prison system is so stupid, they give people LIFE and give them shit like 100 years on top of it, someone told me there was a reason they did this but i dont remember, it still seems fucking retarded

that I can agree with....

how can you get life plus 100 years? how long do they think you'll live?

or they give you a 3 100 year sentences.... do they think you'll live to see 300?

·Anonymous F12.3 years ago, 46 seconds later, 3 hours after the original post[T] [B] #402,012

100 years plus 3 consecutive life sentences

oh yeah that totally makes sense

·Anonymous B12.3 years ago, 2 minutes later, 3 hours after the original post[T] [B] #402,018

@previous (F)

worse part is, murderers are getting less time than those for minor offenses.

baby killers serve usually 15 yrs or less, while drug users/distributers are getting more than that.

No, you see, it's because your soul is owned by the United States of America as long as you're a citizen of the country. They have the right to hold you for 100 years and likely when you die, the soul gets resurrected by God, to serve out another life sentence, and then repeat until your soul can finally be at rest. It makes perfect sense.

I think it's something about if evidence is found/re-examined with better accuracy/defendant finds a brilliant appeal lawyer and shows the person to no longer be guilty beyond 'reasonable doubt' they can't get out of prison with a reversal of just one case.
But I honestly have no idea. In my opinion, there's no reason to keep murderers alive, at least non-foreign ones.
