Topic: I feel so fucking exhausted.

I have no idea if it's the heat as summer time vastly approaches or if it's my bad sleeping schedule slowly catching up to me, but I constantly feel beat tired.
My homework is pretty simply yet I lack the energy to think and complete it.
At least I have a therapy session coming up this Wednesday, been kind of going off the rocker as of late.

Just about the tyme I was feeling actually Rich along comes need to handle massive expense for many years of daughters education - I started taking out work that was downright depressing to make it through a few rough zones. Working ass off cut in2 fun tymes - Now I have recovered and can see sunshine again but it was 2+ mean years of some shit

Serious. Fatigue is never a good sign. It could (and probably is) be nothing to worry about, but anyway, you need to get checked.

Let me restate that - People go in2 Doc for routine exam feeling just GREAT - Then Doc discovers Cancer -
Or for example I had got that HAD a friend a gal who had a car accident - Not serious but that exam after they discovered a Cancer that had no cure.
She was feeling fantastic up to that point - Even fantastic during periods between tumors removed -
Breast cancer for instance - No pain prior to discovery -

Take some good ol fashioned amphetamine. You'll be right as rain in no time.
In all seriousness though... a healthy diet and getting adequate exercise will do wonders for you if you're not doing those things already.

It's kind of hard to have a healthy diet when we nearly lack all of the ingredients for it since my brother is a picky little cunt, my mother doesn't seem to know how to utilize vegetables and think you eat them raw only as well as make greasy Mexician-esque dishes, and is a fucking enabler when it comes to junk food like chips and fucking sweets when she fucking knows I lack self-control yet pretends she doesn't. It pisses me the fuck off.

No offense, but you're making excuses, Cathy.
If you have poor impulse control, that is something you have to work on. Self discipline does have it's rewards.
As far a the diet goes, you can either A) get a source of income (whether you get a part time job, sell some stuff online, get an allowance, whatever) or B) try to educate your folks into making more aware when it comes to dietary purchases (planning out your shopping list in advance around a diet can save money and calories).

Its funny about veggies - Some raw are not as good as cooked - Sometimes a mix of the same veggy raw and cooked give you added benefits.

I have slowly been working on my self-control actually. I have three bags of chips in my closet that I haven't even touched and I haven't ate a donut in years.
I tried B, but my mom always complains about us not eating them whenever she gets them. Probably because she has no idea what to do with them and thinks they're snacks.

So? You don't have to poison yourself just because you'll get an earful for not doing it.
If diabeeetus runs in your family, that should be strong incentive for them to change. It's typically easier to make small progressive changes. Also try to encourage whoever is doing the shopping towards healthier options without flat out telling them what to do. If you're not going with them when they're shopping, you're holding yourself back.
Common sense should tell you what to cut first but obviously cutting out sodas, white bread, and white potatoes is a great starting point. You can have sweets once in a while but there's a few things you should just never put in your body really. Cutting out donuts is good, but if you're still eating snack cakes and chips or other junk, it's not doing a whole lot for you.

I do not eat a whole lot of sweets to be honest, it's chips mostly.
I somehow doubt this would be an incentive for them to change. My father was diabetic and yet whenever he begged for Daily Queen my mother always gave it to him regardless of it possibly being the worst thing to give him.
Why cut out white potatoes exactly? White bread is that bad for you?
My mom always watches her calorie count and yet she feeds us fatty foods. Except for last night when we had stew.
I think she is starting to come around in terms of healthier meals though.

Actually, I might have found a job that requires no prior work experience and could work as an entry level job. The obstacle here would be transportation, but if I could get hired at a store within walking distance. It should suffice.

What do you usually have to spend the money on when you go to college?
Seems like it's just for textbooks and gas.
One of which you could probably find a pdf file of or visit the campus library for.
Of course, I never been to an university.

It's not that white bread is bad for you, it just isn't
good for you. It's neutral, more or less. You could gets lots of extra nutritional stuff by switching to whole grain wheat bread. If you're going to have chips around, get baked chips instead of fried ones. Stuff like Sun Chips or Baked Lay's. Sun Chips are pretty similar to what you'd get in an authentic Mexican restaurant, but with lots of flavor varieties. Baked Lay's are a bit different if you're used to regular potato chips; they're very thin and fairly uniform in shape, and at first you might not be able to taste the flavoring. It is there though, you just have to get past your preconceived ideas about what chips are like.

·FuckAlms !vX8K53rFBI — 12.3 years ago, 18 seconds later, 19 hours after the original post[T] [B] #401,996
@401,987 (Catherine !TGirlYJKXM)
Books are insanely expensive, and generally it's difficult to find digital copies of the ones that you'd really rather not fork out for. Also keep in mind, you wouldn't be the first person to think of just trying to borrow from the library. Chances are if the library does have the book at all, it's only a handful of copies at most, and probably outdated versions.
Then there's the cost of classes (because you have to pay the teachers). Also general enrollment fees, etc.
College doesn't have to cost a whole lot, but at my high school most people were more interested in going to the school that had their favorite team, and not caring that it was expensive and that you can get your gen-eds out of the way for a fraction of the cost at a community college. They just want to wear their team colors and sit in the stadium to watch college football.

Ehhh, I don't know about that... They're baked, which is the main thing because it doesn't require nearly as much fatty grease. They can't really get away with changing that part and not have anyone notice. The cheese-flavored powder (which is artificial) is definitely applied more liberally than other backed chips, so that might be where the criticism comes in.
What it really comes down to is: none of these things is good for you, but if you're going to eat it anyway, you may as well get the lesser of the evils. Every bit of effort counts, no matter how small. Everyone who ever became a millionaire started by saving pennies.

It doesn't make it a sure thing of course. If the person gets shot and dies then it clearly will never come to pass. The key is to deposit them into a savings account instead of just filling up a mason jar with them.
