I, unfortunately , only get -10%. It doesn't happen all the time but often enough, usually $100 or a gift card.

Nope, but a few years ago I went to work on a Saturday afternoon and surprised the homeowners, they were acting nervous and left rather quickly. I then found a big wet spot on my bench that was set up in the master bedroom.
