They are living an immoral life and God will punish them in the next life. I pray for those madmen.

God will most likely punish the wicked believers who commit crimes against humanity in his name first.

In Milton's Paradise Lost, we learn that Satan had tried to bring democracy to Heaven, as he felt that angels were beings that deserved self-rule free of dictatorship but the monarch God would have none of that. Heaven's civil war followed, and Satan and his followers had lost and were exiled to a terribly hot penal colony Hell. Paradise Lost was written around the time of the English Civil War, which had resulted in the suspension of rule by King until the Restoration.
