Yea I have friends who live in that area of Carlsbad. Few years ago I even looked at buying a couple of houses there but I decided to only buy stuff that has Ocean views.

Lots of Deer n Rabbits are running around area. I have avoided driving in that direction so as to not be in the way. Not going to use the local freeway until fires out.

Its only 5 minutes at the most drive from me to the worst of the burn area in Carlsbad.

Sure if you design it in Sims. I bought 5 (6) if one counts the house in Boston I bought for daughter in school.

4 are long term leased out to local corporations that use them as executive housing - Took me 4 years to convert rents over to those leases. Still stuck with one that is rented and when I find another Corp to take it as a lease OUT go the current renters. This was truly a pain in ass experience learning the biz part and worst was finding fix it up people who were trustworthy - Painters who drink2 much etc - Now I have a good list of who to call to fix dis n dat.

No question painters nor may it be there fault either - Its now less of a problem with better paints - Except in Coastal areas water based only paints not so much so good for many reasons on exteriors -
