its impossible for me to not be able to function no matter how much i smoked, excluding the time I was partaking in a 7 gram blunt, i had to tap out cause the wrap was making me ill.

Though I would never smoke that much before work, only a tiny bit to get me ready for the clusterfuck that is "the modern workday", it makes me waaaaay more careful.

I've been doing a ton of research on the different strains and their properties and delivery methods. Daytime weed for energy and good mood, sociable, then a night time strain for relaxing, vegging, and sleep. Oils, waxes, kief, shatter, and flowers.

This is one of the best adventures I've ever been on.

oil/wax/shatter is the same thing just different consistency

people will try to say otherwise but they really have no idea what they are talking about

I have made earwax/shatter/whatever you want to call it and there is 0 difference in thc, just consistency. Same when people try to pass off "budder" as the real thing, "budder" in the usa is just whipped hash oil so it appears fluffy, real budder is made in a centrifuge using a method called the "heroin extraction process" which involves spinning the oil at such a high speed that it seperates the thc from all the other trace cannabinoids and is as pure as you can get (because by the time it comes out of the centrifuge it has destroyed -any- *trace amounts of solvent) only one guy makes it and his name is "budder king" and he operates out of vancouver. Though if someone wanted to invest in this process i would be a willing chemist, unfortunately i dont even live in a med state so the chances of that happening are 0

*depending on what solvent you use, you can use butane and even though butane is harmless and inert some people still bitch, same reason why "hempwick" is a thing, idiots telling stoners "Woaaaah man ur inhalin them trace amounts" to get them to spend more money on bullshit..

I don't live in a med state either, yet...there's some legislation that's now going to the gov that passed overwhelmingly in the house and senate, and they're hopeful they'll have the majority if the gov vetoes.

I'll have to research more into that budder, I would love a good investment. This whole thing is like the modern gold rush, there's a ton of money to be made. So far I've mainly been interested in strain property id and the oils, which I had assumed were the most potent. It's not readily available for recreational use in CO, so we'll see.

I read a little on the extraction processes, we thought about doing it last saturday lol.

you need a lab grade centrifuge and they are thousands of dollars but if you have the cash you could do it just as easy.

i was gonna post an idea i had about putting some really dense nugs in a centrifuge to see if you could seperate the oil from the nug but then I quickly realized that the amount of force necessary to do it properly would be inconceivable and would PULVERIZE the nug completely which would be counter intuitive, im fuckn high

The alcohol method sounded incredibly easy, and they used a coffee pot burner for the heat. I don't know how many flowers would be needed for a half g, but I'd like to experiment with it.
I wish I still lived on the ks side, reading the law it looks like no penalty for up to 4 plants. I have such a green thumb.

first off holy shit do not use a hot plate, the temperatures are incredibly unstable, if you have to do it take it outside and let it evaporate naturally or if you wanna go a step further, after that vacuum purge it (this is expensive)

quarter pound of trim or a fat ounce of high quality nugs, making bho is insanely expensive and not worth it unless you live in a medical state either, everyone around here just gets it shipped from california or denver

personally I think oil is overrated (UNLESS ITS BUDDER), the reason being is most of the time when people talk about it they talk about a CRAZY "psychedelic"-esque high thats ultra powerful

I did 10 dabs over 1 hour my first time and I didn't necessarily get higher i just got high very very quick, wasn't necessarily better in my opinion
