Notice: Home alone tonight?

Come home after a long hard day and see a puddle on my kitchen table. Apparently the guy upstairs was running his AC all day and instead of draining outside and down the wall, it was draining inside and down through my ceiling fan.
To make matters worse, that is right above my computer. The tower is dry as is the monitor, but the mouse is soaked and the key board had a keyboard shaped puddle under it.
What do?

Tell him to pay for it

@OP
Make him mop it up with his own shirt and pay for a new keyboard and mouse. If he refuses, beat him up in front of his family.

Keyboard? For the price of a 5th of cheep very cheep Vodka you can pour Vodka over and drain and keep on doing so as to wash the gunk as found in ceiling crude. Then let it dry in a warm spot.
Mouse? Just clean off the surface.
Any left over Vodka can of course find multiple uses. Vodka not rubbing alcohol.

ques in "I"
I assumed it was an optical mouse. Sealed so unlikely that anything got inside.
Vodka makes a very good cleaner for electronics anything. - Tilt the keyboard at say 45 degrees or more when drying out.
Work done for a bit so heading out for Ocean Swim - To windy to surf 2day

Depending on how anal-retentive the manufacturer was, you can probably find the screw holes to remove the casing on the keyboard. Just aim a small fan at the inside for about 6 hours and it should be fine. I literally gave a keyboard a bath once because it was so disgusting, and it worked just fine afterwards.
