Unless, of course, you lose the gene pool and acquire overweight genes.

No. Stop stuffing your fat face with food and whining about excuses. Fatty
·Anonymous H — 12.3 years ago, 11 minutes later, 13 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,834
@previous (G)
Yes. This is clearly possible as even men who work out to have a tone body may have some fat that is impossible to get rid of (love handles).
So imagine this blown up to a larger scale. I feel for genetically fat people. Not so much for the fat asses who eat too much.
·ducky (OP) — 12.3 years ago, 2 hours later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,841
@397,831 (H)
This is not real
@previous (H)
Being a fit person who works out and might have a layer of fat is obviously not a problem
·Anonymous H — 12.3 years ago, 2 minutes later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,842
@previous (ducky )
Having a layer of fat that cannot be removed through any practice such as dieting or exercise only leaves genetics as the culprit.
·ducky (OP) — 12.3 years ago, 5 minutes later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,843
@previous (H)
But then that has nothing to do with the shirt thats calling out lazy fatties anyway. No one hates on fit people w a bit of normal amount of fat
·Anonymous H — 12.3 years ago, 8 minutes later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,846

My brother does and he works out. He's long accepted the fact that it's something he cannot change without liposuction. My mother also has them and she's not obese or skinny. I hope I do not get them, but probably will.

Regularly? Every now and again, and just because someone eats fast food doesn't automatically mean they're obese. Fast food more or less has no effect on people who stay in shape regularly or engage in physical activities like football or wrestling. They may only develop a gut but not become morbidly obese. A gut can also form with age too.
The only thing which surprises me is why I'm not obese and even according to that bullshit BMI scale I'm normal weight. I assume fast metabolism has something to do with it.

@previous (Catherine !TGirlYJKXM)
You dont have to be obese. Maybe the fast food diet accounts for the flabbiness????? Also, you dont have to be fat. I knew girls that might have had the insides of the obese and eat mcdonalds daily and are still skinny
Maybe you dont show it on the Outside, is all
·Catherine !TGirlYJKXM — 12.3 years ago, 6 minutes later, 16 hours after the original post[T] [B] #397,864
@previous (ducky )
> insides of the obese
What do you mean by this exactly? Like organ damage?
No, not really, since we never get fast food much anymore. And when I said regularly, I mean not daily. It's more or less every other week or so. I used to eat it almost everyday when I was a teenager though.
It's amazing how much junk you can eat when you're young.

> Fast food more or less has no effect on people who stay in shape regularly or engage in physical activities like football or wrestling.
That is just
BUNK Fast food is 99% tyme HIGH Fat
In fact that concept KILLED DEAD a world class runner who stayed in shape - wrote the definitive runners book that sold millions and made millions more - But fat content of his food jammed up his innard pipes and heart failed - Died dead on road as road kill.
Jim Fixx Died On July 20, 1984, Fixx died at age 52 of a fulminant heart attack, after his daily run on Vermont Route 15 in Hardwick. The autopsy revealed that atherosclerosis had blocked one coronary artery 95%, a second 85%, and a third 70%
Good for a quick skim but do not miss where he was warned about his high fat diet
