Has two monikers and expats there are calling him a troll and worse. I could rite a book on his current sad state of living.
He says he only gets water in his digs 5 days a week. The one light bulb and a landlord that gives not a fuck to fix anything.
Expats in his hood say they will not go out to eat re horrid hygiene and they end up with ends messed up and days of vomit n ends messed up after eating.

Most recent discovery is that water tested in toilets is cleaner then the water from the taps - Considering people do maybe wash hands with soap but then rinse off in clear running water which is just cleaned up sewage - Sad place to b

5000 Yuan is about $800/month which is survivable but if you were to look at the replies top to bottom - most argue its not possible unless you are willing to live in digs like this
Might look like you get a lake view but its really just sewage run off
