Unfortunately, I never been to a Mexican restaurant that had a live mariachi band.
We have a ton of restaurants here, but I've only been to two local joints.

So you have a Pancho Villas in Victorville and they are same owners who say they have live Mariachi bands in Fontana
I think you can go through life without needing a live band while eating Mex food. DEFINITELY put on bucket list when you travel South of Border say to TJ Baja. Bands will follow you on street or play for you on street. Best with someone who speaks Chinese.
No clue if Panco V is good Mex food buttttt 4music its only a simple 40 minute drive from V-Ville to Fontana.
