If you are back to seriously considering this you need to look beyond trying to hurt one person you knew briefly in your life and think about the other people you'll be hurting by your actions. Not only that you have to remember that these attempts are rarely foolproof and you could easily find yourself in a hospital bed in a lot worse shape than what you imagine yourself in now. You've built all of this up in your head to have been a much bigger thing than it ever possibly was.

Call for medical help if you've taken anything or injured yourself.

If not then... take a few deep breathes, go for a walk, and clear your head.
