Do we really need to see these things in public. Kids in general don't have a lot going for them. Being also ugly is too much. Pretty sure ugly kids get beaten more by their parents too.

Children should not be seen or heard in public until they have reached the stage in their lives where they are embarrassed by everything their parents do and thus remain silent and isolated in group situations.
