Negi was never demoted from mod to janitor but from admin to mod. Negi pays for the domain name, Briee owns and pays for the hosting, I now have access to the hosting so I can co-webmaster it with her. I've tried being amicable, I'm amenable to shitposters returning in the hope we can moderate them more lightly to encourage better posts, but I'm not having somebody sabotage my board, which is why Negi was demoted.
P-Logic didn't do shit to encourage Negi to stand up for himself,
the reality is Negi's dumb enough to be controlled,

biologically-ingrained reality of Negi's, which I'm exploiting fully, as a master should exploit a slave, always being of higher caliber to one's slave.
My structure is working in keeping infiltration to a minimum.
Matches was also demoted to janitor. Mirrorman, as promised, has been made a moderator. Moderators do not have a significant deal of power in the general running of the site beyond the coaxing of traffic to direct the flow of posts, which is why I wasn't reluctant to make that decision; he's hardly used his account. 7 staff members in total should be enough for now until then site grows, and it will, through my forceful hand and briee's capable administration.
