I was looking to apply to be a writer at our schools monthly newspaper. However they required you to interview with them. This is super problematic as like steven I am an introvert. I asked them if I could do the interview over skype since face to face interviews are triggering.
They were really confused as they thought that I wasnt living near campus when I was. They told me this was entirely unnecessary and that I should not need to be accomodated in this way. Its not like a vast majority of interviews are conducted online anyway.
