You can't get genetically recessive to blacks, whose genes are dominate,

Neanderthal DNA is associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, Crohn’s disease and cirrhosis of the liver. Also all initial waves of human ancestry were likely due to individuals being exiled from various tribes if Bonobo and chimpanzee social structure and behavior tells us anything. This would seemingly include neanderthals who were simply exiled long before the other waves.
