To start with they didn't want to do it because it was so badly infected but whet ahead anyway. I woke up on a bed with my girlfriend next to me, it hurt like a motherfucker due to the infection but the pain is edging away now thinks to so e kickass painkillers. I also have a massive bloodclot in the hole.

My tooth broke in half about 3 days ago. Just crumbled in my mouth. Can't see dentist for a week.

Apparently I'm not allowed to blow my nose for a week because pulling out a tooth in the upper jaw can damage your sinus. I should be more worried about the large amounts of cocaine I snort.
