NBC --- A Tennessee mother is charged with reckless driving while having 13 nigglets in the back of her Ford Explorer, but she says she did nothing wrong the night she was arrested.
Police responding to a fight at Memphis' Crystal Palace Roller Rink say they saw Treshundra Barnes, 25, driving at a high rate of speed while swerving back and forth, nearly hitting several chillins.
They say none of the 13 nigglets in the car were wearing seat belts.
"That never happened at all," Barnes said. "The only thing I was doing was beez hitting the brakes. Speeding I wasn't doing, but I was constantly hitting my brakes, turning around, trying to calm my kids down."
While the car was moving, police say several nigglets were hanging out the windows, screaming and waving their hands at officers.
