There are good/GREAT multiple solutions to solve that problem and in fact lab results prove one can change that profile in a matter of a couple of hours!

and AND and - Turns out Oatbran Jacks up HDL and at same tyme cuts LdL's so you get really rapid results and adding Kidney/Garbanzo beans to salads and learning about fibers Soluble vs Non Soluble and adding the right kind of cold water fishes to diet can drop LdL -
The one thing that pisses me off about the testing NOW - none of those machines you see around drug stores or health food stores can test my HDL any more cause they cannot test beyond HDL at 100+
The best labs still flag my Cholesterol as to HIGH. Yet its cause my HDL/LDL ratio is off the wall as GREAT more better then most purrrrrfect which means my HDL is so High it makes my over all number look high - (BRAGGING)
